Welcome to Reazy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy explains what Reazy LLC (“Reazy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, how we use and share it, and your choices regarding your information.
This policy applies to all of our products and services, including the Reazy website (https://reazy.pro
), our web application, and our Chrome Extension (collectively, the “Services”). This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in a few different ways, always with the goal of providing and improving our Services.
A. Information You Provide to Us

- User Content: We collect and store the text, documents, and web links you upload, paste, or save to your Reazy library for text-to-speech processing. We only process this content to provide the Service to you.
- Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, will collect your payment card information. Reazy does not store or have access to your full payment card details. We only receive a token to confirm your payment status.
- Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., for customer support), we will receive the contents of your message, such as your name, email address, and the information you choose to provide.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
- Analytics and Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Services to help us understand usage patterns, fix bugs, and improve our products. Please see the “Analytics, Cookies, and Tracking Technologies” section below for full details.

- For Safety and Security: To verify accounts, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. How We Share Your Information
